Meet Eric

Eric Berke brings his core values of integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the California markets of El Dorado, Placer, Folsom, and Sacramento counties. He honed his strong moral code during his many years of service in the U.S. military and law enforcement. His ability to take control of high-pressure situations, communicate effectively with a wide range of personalities, and lead from a place of consideration and care serve him well as an agent. In 2017, Eric’s spirit of service led him to pursue a career in real estate, and he quickly distinguished himself, earning a place in the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Masters Club.

Eric truly enjoys the real estate process and finds great satisfaction in helping others achieve their goals. His happy, positive, and friendly demeanor forges genuine relationships that last well beyond the transaction. Eric’s mission is to provide his clients with the same positive and rewarding experience that he would expect himself. Whether they are buying for the first time, transitioning to a larger home, or looking for an investment property, Eric’s customers’ needs are always met. As a veteran and correctional officer, he also specializes in serving military personnel, first responders, and retirees.

Outside of his real estate career, Eric is very much a family man. He devotes as much time as possible to his wife and daughters, from playing sports to traveling to good old-fashioned quality time. Together, Eric and his wife encourage their children to embrace their independence and create their own futures.
