Meet Daniel

Daniel Spalding is an El Dorado County native. His real estate journey began 10 years ago when he bought his first investment property, though he has had a love of real estate for most of his adult life. He worked in construction for over 10 years and has an eye for detail. Since purchasing his first property, he has bought and sold several homes. His strength is evaluating a property to maximize potential uses and see hidden value.

Daniel graduated from California State University, Sacramento with a bachelor’s degree in psychology. He is happily married to his wife of over 10 years. They enjoy raising their two children on their farm.
